Class Reflection: All three Presentations subtopic that speaks about Gender Equity, Climate Change, and infrastructure 1 Group Reflection: Gender Equity, Sexual Harassment, Gender equity vs. government When presenting this topic in todays would it has become a big deal to society. Society have had battles, protest and stood before other to speak on gender equity. Over the year they have fought for equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities. They spoke about equal pay that women and men should be equality paid no matter what. They spoke on the idea that women are paid less than men in socity and wanted equal rights. Equity is important because they argue that every individual should have equal opportunity to make the most of their lives to the belief that no one should have a poor life no matter the way they were born, where they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability. The history of gender equity has been going on for some time pointing more toward women rights. In the late 19th century women was not given the right to vote or voice there opinion In the late 19th century a suffrage movement in the Western cultures was to allow women to vote and have elected office. At this time it was a significant change to women property rights, particularly in relation to marital status. Sexual harassment is a big deal, you can sexual harassed at your job out and the open and even by your partner, sounds crazy right. Let be honest, women are more likely to be harass then men are. There are 3 types of harassment they are visual, Physical and verbal/written. All three are important such like physical harassment it is when a person uses intimidating gestures, kissing and hugging someone inappropriately, and blocking another person movement. As for visual harassment it includes exposing of private pars, sending sexual images and videos to another person. As for verbal harassment it can an inappropriate joke, remarks, teasing, or asking sexually related questions. Evening in the workforce spreading lies on an employee. Sexual harassment plays a big deal. Gender vs. government has change the thinking of others turning bad decision making into laws, Such as women abortions, I know taking life before it is born some horrible, but allow a child to growth up with such trauma is at disbelief this topic has there are pros and cons because government bonding abortion can lead to a most worst consequences being mother does not want the child and leave the child out and the open to either be taking or even die. Government vs. gender is a long debate to the finish line.

Group 2 Reflection: Climate Change, Air Pollution, Coral Reef Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns Learning about climate change I learned that if left unchecked, climate change will cause aver- age global temperatures to increase beyond 3°C, and will adversely affect every ecosystem. Already, we are seeing how climate change can exacerbate storms and disasters, and threats such as food and water scarcity, which can lead to conflict. Climate change is important because if we understand how the climate is changing, we can be more prepare for the future. Studying climate can helps us predict how much rain the next winter might bring, or how far sea levels will rise due to warmer sea temperatures. There are many way to make climate change better in some ways eating less meat most impactful lifestyle change you can make to help the planet. Say no to plastic by reducing the amount of plastic you use, especially that you dispose of, will go a long way to helping out. Stop chopping down the forests. Talking about Air Pollution, It was one of the subjects that spoke to me the most because most of the time we don’t notice what we take in can in the air the body can play a true effect to self-body. I learned that it can become very danger and cause long-term health effects like heart disease, lung cancer, and respiratory diseases such as emphysema. Air pollution can also cause long-term damage to people's nerves, brain, kidneys, liver, and other organs. Having bad air pollution can be bad for Global Warming and effect wildlife. Coral reefs protect coastlines from storms and erosion, it provide jobs for local communities, and offer opportunities for recreation. They are also source of food and new medicines. Over half a billion people depend on reefs for food, income, and protection. Coral reef is important because it provide an important ecosystem for life underwater, protect coastal areas by reducing the power of waves hitting the coast.

Group 3 Reflection In group 3 presentation we discussed the different type of infrastructure subjects that plays a positive and negative impact on today’s economy. Subjects such as Technology tools, Construction change, Environment effects, financial bill change and Developing countries/cities. All these sub just has one thing in comment and that is making a change to the environment. I learned that t we need technology to like energy nuclear power network, space that increase the important if security/defense. Infrastructure has become one of the world’s important subject, after the falling of North Miami Surfside condominium collapse. The falling of Florida International University pedestrian bridge collapse there is no question the week as people need the change. The reason for construction change stronger tools, stronger transportation to insure the safety of others, making it more efficient. Speaking on environment infrastructure a poor quality infrastructure is connected to air pollution, climate change changes in water quality and quantity changes can loss degradation of ecosystems. The environment needs a balance to protect the health of others health and safeguards. Financial bill infrastructure has becomes one the subject that could not meet a agreement. When it comes to money being divided it seem to become one answer many have be waiting for. President Joe Biden speaks on enabling money to move throughout an economy. The list of where this money is going to place is for not the most important but so on how it will make America great. Would the money being in stronger and better supplies for the people that makes America stronger then it has ever been.
